I live with two people that really enjoy fishing...Aubrey & Brian. Me...I'm good with sitting outdoors by the lake & relaxing. Abby...along for the ride with whatever we decide to do. We started Memorial Day weekend out with some friends at a nearby park & fishing pond. The weather was beautiful and we all enjoyed nature & God's creations.
Aubrey was quick to get the worms out...she LOVES those things. She has often talked about having pet worms...all I can think about is Oscar the Grouch & his little buddy in the can.
The kids were all set with their fishing lines in the water. They were all so cute as they peered over the dock searching for the fish. Aubrey & Abby are with their buddies Ben & Sam.
Brian came over to assess the situation. Where are those fish anyway?

Abby thought it was pretty neat to hold a pole all by herself...but, where are those fish?
After waiting patiently, they started biting! Look at the size of that fish & the bend in that pole.
Aubrey, Abby, Jack, Ben & Sam look at another fish they caught as Brian gets ready to release it.
This fishing trip ended up being quite successful as they reeled in two more fish before the morning was over.
