Brian treated me to such a fantastic day when it was Mother's Day so the girls & I attempted to do the same for him. We began with a donut in bed complete with a Daddy crown. He wasn't extremely fond of the crown but was such a good sport. He did enjoy the donut though! The girls then thought the should join him so I brought them their own plates so they could join Daddy. You should have seen how many crumbs were on my side of the bed! They could have come back the next morning for a breakfast of crumbs!
We headed off to church & then hit a new brunch buffet that we all enjoyed. Mom was still here from the dance weekend which was once again a special treat. That afternoon we let Brian relax a bit with a quick nap on the couch.
This guy is so special to us. We have so much fun when he is around & look forward to his return when he is away. He loves the three of us a ton & it shows. During these weeks since my back surgery he has stepped up to the plate without complaint...not even a sigh. Honey, thank you so much. I couldn't have gotten through this recovery without you. You are such an unselfish man. I love you more & more each day! Happy Father's Day!
