We headed back to Kansas on the 28th after spending an entire week in New Mexico. It was hard to say good-bye but Aubrey, Abigail and I were looking forward to seeing Brian. The girls and I anxiously watched out the airport windows as the airport crew prepared our plane for our boarding. They were evacuating the sewer waste from the airplane into a tank type thing and Aubrey asked me what they were doing. I told her that they were dumping the potty from the airplane. She looked me straight in the face and said "Planes go potty? I did not know that!". I get such a kick out of how literal youngsters take things.
The look on Aubrey and Abigail's faces was priceless as they saw Daddy waiting for us outside our gate. He was so excited to see his girls again and we were happy to be with him.
