Friday Night Fun Flick

The Crown Center sponsors free, outdoor movies on most Friday nights during the summer. They show various movies over the course of the summer & we decided we should try it out one week. They were showing 'The Wizard Of Oz' & since Aubrey really enjoys that movie it was the perfect time for us to try it out.
We headed downtown during the early hours of the evening so we could stake out our area on the grass in front of the HUGE theatre screen. Therefore, we were there with plenty of time to spare & the girls couldn't resist the inviting splash park nearby.
They were a little timid at first (for about 1 minute) & then they ran in full force. They enjoyed trying to stop the fountains, putting their faces in the water & zooming from square to square.

Once they had chilled enough it was time for PJs, popcorn & the MOVIE! The girls settled in on the blanket as the movie began. It took them a little while to quiet down enough to lay still but once they did we all enjoyed the movie.

We had a fabulous time & are already looking forward to next years Friday Night flick selection.
