On Saturday morning we ventured to the pool area in our neighborhood and guess what we found...a ton of eggs scattered all over the place! Since the kids were already prepared with their Easter baskets (a little bunny filled us in that there was an Easter Egg hunt), they were ready to go!The Ingrams were visiting for the weekend so it was fun to have them here to "hunt" with the girls. The wind was a little chilly so they were shivering a bit.
Daddy helps Abigail carry her basket while she picks up the eggs and puts them in. Aubrey has it all figured out and had her 12 eggs very quickly!
The girls show us their eggs but are very anxious to get back to the warm house.
The Easter Bunny made a surprise visit and posed with Chase, Emily, Abigail & Aubrey. As you can see Abigail is not real excited to sit on her lap. In fact she is still traumatized and kept telling me yesterday "No bunny". Maybe next year...
The kids dig into their eggs to see what goodies were inside. Yum, Yum!!!
