A Trip Down The Yellow Brick Road...

We followed the yellow brick road to celebrate our nephew, Stanton's 2nd birthday. The theme was "The Wizard of Oz" and every detail was covered very precisely. Stanton dressed up as The Scarecrow, Aubrey was Dorothy & Abigail filled in as the Good Witch. They all looked so adorable!

Once everyone arrived we enjoyed a very creative meal complete with "Totos in a blanket", "Scarecrow Brains" (mac-n-cheese), "Rainbow of Fruit", "Aunt Em's Potato Salad" & "Poppy Seed Muffins". And, Livia made the cutest themed cake featuring the witch, scarecrow, tin man and lion.

Stanton was ready to dig into his birthday cake the minute we were done singing to him. He especially enjoyed the cone on top of the witch.
He received a new tricycle that is the perfect size for him. He was able to toddle around without difficulty which he thoroughly enjoyed!
Happy Birthday Stanton! It was so fun to help you celebrate your 2nd birthday!
