Weekends are always so fun for us! They are a time to spend together as a family, enjoy our girls and share with others. This weekend we had some special visitors--Grandma & Grandpa Pankratz. On Saturday we headed downtown to visit Science City located in Union Station. There are a ton of things, related to science, to intrigue everyone's brain--young & old. The girls had a great time exploring with Grandma & Papa.

Aubrey hits the golf ball while Abby patiently waits for her turn. At this exhibit the ball is hit into the hole and is then shot by a burst of air way up and then into a tower that houses all of the balls. Pretty fascinating for little eyes!

There is always time for jungle gym fun!

This exhibit kept their attention, especially Abby's, for quite sometime. The pieces are magnetic and therefore can be moved into different formations. Once the creators are ready a marble is placed at the beginning and watched closely until it reaches the end.

A static electricity slide--as you make your way down this very dark slide you hear & feel sparks. Then when you get all the way down to the bottom your hair is standing on end.

A real helicopter that you can pretend you are flying around. Abigail was our pilot while Aubrey assisted--yikes!

Following our fun time at Science City it was off to Fritz's, the railroad restaurant, for a bite to eat!
