Digging For Worms...

The weather is getting warmer, the days are getting longer, the trees are blooming, and our garden is now planted.  The girls & I spent Sunday afternoon outside enjoying the sunshine as we worked on our garden...or maybe I worked on the garden.  Truth be told...the girls spent their time diggin for worms to take on the afternoon fishing trip that Daddy was planing.  Either way, they helped me out a bit & learned a lot about a garden.

I am excited for another garden crop.  We are trying a few new things this year...jalapenos, onions, pumpkin, watermelon, mint & cilantro.  We are still doing the tomatoes, squash, zucchini, cucumbers & peppers like last year.  I am excited to try some herbs & can't wait to make salsa with everything from our garden.
