Aubrey & I have been reading a few Little House On The Prairie books & when I saw that The Coterie Theatre was putting on a production of this story I just had to take her. A friend of her's, Micaela, has also been reading them with her Mommy so we thought it would be fun to have them join us. The afternoon was a lot of fun & definitely a low expense event. We managed to get the Target ticket deal which makes them buy one, get one free...so our tickets were $10. When we checked in at the ticket booth we were given a Little House On The Prairie book worth a value of $6.50. So technically our entertainment for the day was $3.50...I call that a deal!
We had a great time & the girls had front row seats, right by the stage as you can see. The cast did a fantastic job re-enacting out the story. The girls loved it & Aubrey keeps asking when she can be in a play.
Since the production ended right about supper time, we took the girls for a treat at Fritz's (the train restaurant). We all had a fabulous "girl" day!
