Brian's 30th year of life has been a busy one that went by extremely fast. He is now 31 and we had such a great day as we celebrated him. The day was very relaxed and enjoyable. The girl's and I took him out to On The Border for a birthday lunch and then a little shopping at Kohl's & Walmart (I know Mom, but Target didn't have the socks Brian was wanting--HA!) The afternoon was spent doing a few things around the house while the girl's caught some Zzzz's. After they awoke, we played around the house and helped Daddy open his presents.
This past weekend we were in the Wichita area for a friend's wedding so we gathered with Brian's family to celebrate 3 birthdays. Pictured are Brian with his Dad and step-sister, Shelly. They all three have birthdays within the same week. Shelly's birthday is on the 15th and she will also be 31. John will celebrate his big day on the 18th. We enjoyed the reason to get together!
