My birthday is so close to Labor Day, it often falls on or near the holiday weekend...& this year was no exception. Since the long weekend was soon after my birthday I had some special guests to celebrate with. The Custer's & Ingram's visit was the highlight of my birthday weekend. It was so fun to have ALL of here with us. The adults had fun celebrating & the kids enjoyed non-stop playtime.
My nephews (Stanton and Chase) and niece (Emily) as well as the girls were so excited to help me open my presents & their beautiful smiles were so catching.
After a simple lunch & opening of presents we headed to Ernie Miller Nature Park. The weather was so nice & we all enjoyed exploring the paths. One path led us to a little pond with a rock bridge. Everyone enjoyed walking over the path to the other side & back again.

That evening we enjoyed one of my favorite meals...Fondue! We had a full table of cheese, meat & dessert fondue...Yum!!! Thanks to Livia, Lance, Stanton, Michelle, Chad, Emily, Chase, Brian, Aubrey & Abby for helping me celebrate my birthday in extreme style.
