Our niece, Emily just turned 7 years old this past weekend. I can hardly believe it--it seems like yesterday that I was holding her for the first time. Where has the time gone? She is definitely growing up and becoming a beautiful young girl. I look back at pictures of her from a year ago and she has changed drastically just since then.We celebrated her this past weekend with beach parties. Emily came up with the theme and Michelle did a great job of putting each "beach" detail in place. On Saturday evening the family gathered and enjoyed dinner, homemade ice cream and an adorable beach cake (made beautifully by Michelle).
On Sunday afternoon Emily's friends came over to slip on the slip-n-slide and wish the birthday girl a Happy Day!
