A couple of weeks ago we headed out on a road trip to Angel Fire, NM with our close friends Julie, Jerry & Grayson Anderson to go skiing. We had been planning this trip for years & we were so excited to be able to actually make it happen! When we arrived it was time to get settled in & get ready for the next day of skiing. Ski school, ski and boot rental, & unpacking took place before the kids discovered the "sledding hill" right beside the condo.
My Mom was gracious enough to meet us there to spend the evening & then take Abby to their house the next day to spend some time being spoiled by Grammie Ann & Poppa Art while we skiied the days away.
Therefore, she was right in the middle of the sledding fun with the kids...minus Abby who isn't too fond of sledding.
When the Daddy's inner-kid came out the sledding hill became a bit faster & the kids had a great time.
Jerry & Grayson actually slid all the way off onto the payment.
If I remember correctly Aubrey had a face, mouth & nose full of snow after this run.
