Fun In Farmington

We spent a few days with Mom & Dad Merrick before heading home.  Our time away couldn't have been during a more perfect time since Aubrey was out of school for a few of the days which meant she only missed two.  It was so relaxing to spend time together & enjoy some of the fun things there are to do in Farmington.

We visited the library where the girls were able to listen to story time & then check out many books & videos.  The girls also had fun making some Valentine sugar cookies for church on Wednesday night.

A very special treat was the local acquatic center.  Daddy & Papa took the girls swimming & they both had a blast!

The slides were a ton of fun.  Aubrey & Daddy went down the big water slide at least 15 times.  Abby stuck to the smaller one that was just her size & speed.

We took a field trip to the local Pet Store.  Aubrey had a great time looking at the puppies & we found a little guy that looked just like our old dog Kirby.  Super cute!!!

Grammie & Papa babysat on the last evening that we were there while Brian & I spent some time on a date.  We really enjoyed each other & the girl's enjoyed their "date" as well.  They participated in craft time at the library, followed by a trip to McDonald's & then a movie night at Grammie & Papa's.
