This past weekend we went to Wichita to celebrate Abigail's second birthday with family. The theme was trains since she has shown such interest in them lately.

Abigail knew exactly what to do with those presents...open them! She enjoyed seeing what she was given but wasn't too thrilled about taking pictures and actually smiling in them. After she had opened about half of her presents we had to take a break for our pizza lunch. Once her tummy was full again she was ready to rip open a few more gifts. She received many wonderful gifts including her first train track.

It is so hard to believe that our baby is 2! She is definitely more like a little girl these days instead of a baby!

Since the theme was trains or "choo, choos" as Abby calls them, I thought it would be fun to make her a train cake. I had such a good time decorating all of the different cars and making a "girly" train. However, it quickly derailed after singing to Abigail as everyone ate their train car.
