Aubrey and I had a conversation last night that I just have to share:
A: Mommy, since I ate a good dinner can I have some dessert?
M: Sure, what do you think you would like?
A: Do we have any cookies?
M: Yes, we have these and these.
A: I don't like those.
M: Would you like some marshmallows?
A: Well, we only have big ones and I like the small ones. The next time you go to the store could you buy some if they are on sale? We like things on sale, right Mommy?
M: (Chuckle) Yes, we do like things on sale.
I think my bargain shopping is rubbing of on my 5 year old daughter and you can bet that the next time I am at the store I will be buying her some mini marshmallows, on sale or not.

That's cute! My influence of telling the boys things are expensive is rubbing off on them!
I sure hope that Gabrielle learn to be wise with her money from what I show her too. I was pumped to get two pair of dress pants at Stein Mart today for only $11.17 total. I was mortified that the lady in front of me spent almost $700 on four outfits!
