Aubrey played T-ball again this year. It is always fun to watch them do something that they have a little experience with because things just seem to click a little better. Brian coached her team again this year but it was with a girl's league. The team name was Lightning & consisted of girls that lived in our neighborhood & the one adjacent to ours. To get the girl's ready to go on with softball each batter receives three coach pitched balls. If they are unable to hit the ball after 3 pitches then the tee is brought up & the batter has two attempts to hit the ball. Brian was a little nervous about this new experience but the girls did fantastic. The girls could definitely hit the ball from time to time.

She was able to get a few good hits during the season which sent her running to 1st base.

The girls rotated between the different positions throughout the season so everyone had a chance to get a feel for infield & outfield. The team had a great season & it was fun to have such a great group of girls!
