Crazy Hat Day

Clearwater Creek, Aubrey's school, is always doing fun things such as various spirit days & such.  One day last week was crazy hat day.  I was racking my brain all weekend on how we could come up with a "crazy" hat for Aubrey.  She has multiple ball cap type hats but nothing crazy...or so I thought.  I decided to ask Aubrey which one of her ball caps she would like to wear & she looked me straight in the eye with an "I can't believe you" type of look & said "None of them".  I quickly responded with a reason on why she should wear a hat on crazy hat day.  She immediately explained how she knew & had the perfect hat in mind.  She ran down to the basement, rummaged through the dress up box, & came up with this crazy hat!  My mom gave her this hat when she was 2 so that she could play dress up with it...little did she know that it would be the perfect hat for crazy hat day when Aubrey was in Kindergarten.
