On December 28th Aubrey turned 6! Wow!!! Where does the time go? She had a great time sharing her celebration with Aunt Livia & Grammie Ann who both celebrate their birthdays in January. Aubrey chose a Wizard of Oz theme so we had a party to go along with that. We started off with Poppy Seed Muffins (the poppy fields) & Monkey Bread (the wicked witches monkeys) with strawberries. For lunch we enjoyed hot dogs (Toto), french fries (the scarecrows straw), fruit salad (all the colors of the rainbow), corn (from the scarecrows garden) and Sprite with yellow ice (bricks for the yellow brick road).
I made a cake for the three birthday girls with a rainbow & yellow brick road. I used skittles to make the rainbow & Aubrey loved that!!!
Enough of the serious pictures...Aubrey & Stanton gave the photographer some character.
